A Roseburg woman was cited for second degree theft on Wednesday night.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 7:00 p.m. the 39-year old was at a residence in the 100 block of Lombardy. The report said when she left, she allegedly stole a bicycle. The woman was contacted by Winston Police later and the bike was recovered and returned to the owner.

The woman was cited and released.
