MAN CITED AFTER STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD

A Roseburg man was jailed after allegedly standing in the middle of the road on Monday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 9:45 a.m. two callers said the 44-year old suspect was reported to be standing on Goetz Street. One caller said he had to drive around the man in order not to hit him.

The man was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and detained on $2,500 bail.
