A 34-year old man was jailed by Winston Police for a first-degree count of theft by receiving and a second-degree count of burglary.

Sergeant Mike Miller of WPD told News Radio 1240 KQEN that Daniel Cox was developed Tuesday as the suspect in a recent incident at a local unnamed church. Miller said the church was broken into and cans were stolen.

Cox was detained on $100,000 bail.
