A woman was hospitalized after a two-vehicle wreck on Tuesday afternoon.

A report from Oregon State Police said just before 4:30 p.m. two northbound vehicles were on Interstate Five just north of Metz Hill. The report said one vehicle was forced off the road by the second. The driver of the first vehicle was taken to Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield where she was treated and released for minor injuries.
