Two men were cited for second degree criminal trespass by Roseburg Police on Sunday morning.

A report from RPD said at about 1:30 a.m. a 39-year old and a 68-year old man were both located underneath the east end of the Washington Street Bridge. The report said both were found to be on their third city exclusion warning.

They were taken into custody then released when the citation was issued.
