Detective Jim Scharf from the Cold Case Team of the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office in Washington, talks about the recent identification of Lisa Roberts as the victim in a 1977 murder in Everett. Roberts was a student at Roseburg High when she ran away, 15 days before she was killed. Scharf worked on the case for 12 years, helping to get it solved 43 years after the crime took place.
