A Roseburg woman was jailed after an alleged theft incident on Tuesday.

A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 2:20 p.m. the 59-year old woman was contacted at the Duck Pond regarding a recent theft of wine from a nearby Walgren’s store.

The report said in the process of dealing with her, she confirmed there was an arrest warrant for her. The woman was charged with criminal trespass in the first degree, theft in the third degree and for the warrant.

She was detained on $17,500.
