SOUTH UMPQUA SCHOOL DISTRICT DELIVERING SUMMER MEALS

The South Umpqua School District is continuing to have a Lunchbox Express van deliver free meals to children at sites around the district.

Free “grab n’ go” meals are available to all children and teens age 18 and younger. They are being delivered Mondays through Thursdays through August 13th at these times and locations:

*11:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at the Stagecoach Apartments in Canyonville

*11:30 to 11:45 a.m. at Riddle Park in Riddle

*12:00 to 12:15 p.m. at Tri-City Elementary

*12:25 p.m. to 12:40 p.m. at the Meadowlark Apartments in Myrtle Creek

*12:45 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Millsite Park in Myrtle Creek

*1:05 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. at the Myrtle Terrace Apartments in Myrtle Creek

The summer food program is part of the USDA Food and Nutrition Service and is administered by the Oregon Department of Education Child Nutrition programs. Call the South Umpqua School District at 863-4611 for more information.
