A Roseburg man was jailed for unlawful possession of methamphetamine by Roseburg Police on Friday night.

An RPD report said just before 11:00 p.m. 51-year old Richard Jones was contacted in the 300 block of West Harvard regarding a possible burglary. Jones was found to have a warrant out for his arrest and was allegedly in possession of the drug. He was detained without bail.
