A 25-year old man was jailed, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, by Winston Police on Sunday night.

A WPD report said just before 6:00 p.m. officers noticed a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Park Street. They checked the registration and found out that it been stolen out of Sutherlin. The report said 25-year old Bryan Chapp was in the vehicle and detained. Drug paraphernalia was also allegedly located in the vehicle.

Chapp was also held for a parole violation and was detained without bail.
