A Roseburg man was cited for second degree criminal trespass and for drinking in public, by Roseburg Police on Thursday afternoon.

Information from RPD said at about 1:00 p.m. the 26-year old was contacted in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson. He was allegedly found trespassing at the Elks Lodge, drinking a beer. The man was cited and released and also was given his third exclusion notice.
