Staff with the Roseburg Police Department will host a two-hour presentation regarding their practices surrounding the use of force and how officers handle use of force incidents.

Sergeant Jeff Eichenbusch said due to social distancing requirements, the number of people who can attend is being limited. Eichenbusch said if a lot of interest is received and everyone cannot be accommodated, they will likely schedule further sessions. Citizens must pre-register in order to attend the class.

The session will be on Wednesday July 1st at the Roseburg Public Safety Center from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
