A Roseburg man was charged with second degree criminal trespass by Roseburg Police on Monday.
An RPD report said at 6:30 a.m. the 44-year old was contacted at the Chevron Station on Garden Valley Boulevard due to the fact that he had been trespassed from the business multiple times. The man again refused to leave and ultimately was detained.
Bail was initially set at $1,250.
