WOMAN TAKEN TO HOSPITAL AFTER SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT

A woman was taken to the hospital following a single-vehicle accident on Thursday night.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 10:15 p.m. the woman was driving east in the 7000 block of Roberts Creek Road near Green when something fell from her visor. The report said as she tried to retrieve it, she lost control and flipped her car.
The driver was taken to Mercy Medical Center with complaints of leg pain. There were no signs of impairment and the woman was wearing her seat belt when the accident took place.
