A Roseburg man was cited for careless driving and for failure to drive within a lane, following an accident on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 7:30 p.m. a 75-year old man was driving northbound in the 900 block of Northeast Stephens when he briefly looked away and drifted to the right. The man’s vehicle rear ended a parked vehicle. The driver hit, a 29- year old man, was taken to Mercy Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
