A Roseburg man was cited for trespassing with an open bottle of beer in the 400 block of Southeast Jackson in Roseburg on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 5:50 a.m. the 51-year old was found asleep underneath a clearly posted “no trespassing” sign behind the Old Rite Aid building. The report said he was also found to be within his city exclusion period. He was released after being cited
