A Roseburg man was cited after drawing a decorative fish.
A report from Roseburg Police said Friday morning at 11:55 am. the 58-year old man was contacted near the corner of Spruce and Oak. He was contacted due to a past case involving a drawing on the Oak Street Bridge.
The man was charged with second degree criminal mischief.
