A Roseburg man was jailed after two incidents on Wednesday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 7:30 a.m. 28-year old Brandon Kamberger was found sleeping in a vehicle that wasn’t his, in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens. He was cited for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and was released.
At 11:00 a.m. officers responded to a reportedly burglary at a building in the 1900 block of Southeast Stephens. It had been reported that a suspect had entered the backside of the vacant business. Once additional officers arrived on the scene a deputy with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office announced himself and had police K9 Zoro bark through the business’s open door. Kamberger immediately came out of the building and was arrested without incident.
Charges included second degree counts of burglary and criminal mischief. Bail was set at $21,250.
