Five people were cited by Roseburg Police at Riverside Park early Monday.
A report from Roseburg Police said just after 1:00 a.m. the group was spotted sleeping along the bike path underneath the east end of the Washington Street Bridge. Two people in the group were cited for offensive littering due to all the trash around them. All five people were given citations for prohibited camping.
They were released after being cited.
