A Roseburg man was cited for first degree theft by Roseburg Police on Friday.
An RPD report said at 10:40 a.m. the 55-year old was detained in the loss prevention office at Home Depot. The report said the suspect was allegedly caught stealing over $2,500 from the store over time since February. He has reportedly stolen from the store over 13 times in the past four months.
The man was released after being cited.
