MAN JAILED FOR BEING DISORDERLY

A Canyonville man was jailed for being disorderly on Thursday night.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just before 11:00 p.m. the 28-year man was allegedly throwing garbage around in the parking lot of a business in Glendale.
When a deputy arrived, the suspect reportedly ran for about 20 yards before giving up.
He was charged with interfering with a police officer, second degree disorderly conduct and for third degree criminal mischief. Bail was initially set at $10,000. He was released that evening.
