A Roseburg woman was cited for prohibited camping on Thursday afternoon.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 3:40 p.m. the 35-year old was contacted in front of a business in the 800 block of Garden Valley Boulevard, where she was sleeping under a large tarp.
She was released after being cited.
