Work continues at the Hanna Heritage Place development on Mulholland Drive, just south of the Hampton Inn, in Roseburg.
President Polly Johnson of Hanna Development, told News Radio 1240 KQEN that crews are constructing a nearly 6,400 square foot building that will accommodate three clients. As previously announced, Five Guys Burgers and Fries will occupy space on the east end of the building. Johnson said Charter Spectrum will be in the middle space with 1,375 square feet still available on the west side of the building.
Five Guys is headquartered in Virginia and has over 1,500 locations. Charter Spectrum serves more than 29 million customers in over 40 states.
Johnson said construction for the building is scheduled for turnover to the tenants by September. It should be complete for opening before the end of the year. Guion Randal Construction of Roseburg is the General Contractor for the project.
Johnson said businesses interested in opening in this building or in the retail center, should call 541-492-3288 for more information.
