Five people were cited for prohibited camping in two incidents in Roseburg, Tuesday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 11:00 p.m., three men ranging in age from 28 to 69 years of age, were found in sleeping bags along a two block stretch of Southeast Stephens.
About fifteen minutes later, two people, ages 27 and 37 were located as they were sleeping in front of the main entrance to Downtown Fitness, in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson.
All were released after citations were issued.
