A Roseburg man was cited for harassment on Tuesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said on May 5th, the 26-year old got into a verbal argument with a female and spit in her face. He was contacted at 2:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Southeast Douglas.
He was cited and released.
