A Roseburg man was cited for first-degree forgery and third-degree theft on Friday night.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 10:45 p.m. the 36-year old allegedly attempted to pass a forged $20 bill at Domino’s Pizza on West Harvard. He was released after being cited.
