COVID-19 HAS CLAIMED 3 MORE LIVES, 46 NEW CASES REPORTED ON TUESDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 3 more lives in Oregon with 46 new cases reported as of Tuesday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority said that brings the total number of cases in the state to 2,002. The new cases include:
*22 in Multnomah County
*10 in Marion County
*7 in Washington County
*2 cases each in Clackamas, Klamath and Umatilla counties
*1 case each in Coos, and Linn counties
After receiving updated residency information, Benton and Yamhill counties both transferred cases to other Oregon counties on Monday. This led to an overall increase of 46 new cases statewide and an increase of 48 new cases for the counties.
Oregon’s 76th COVID-19 death is a 47-year old man who tested positive on March 16th and died April 17th.
Oregon’s 77th COVID-19 death is a 61-year old man who tested positive on March 24th and died April 18th.
Both men were from Washington County and passed away at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.
Oregon’s 78th COVID-19 death is a 65-year old man in Multnomah County who tested positive and died on Monday at Adventist Medical Center.
All had underlying medical conditions, according to OHA.
