A Roseburg man was cited after a spray incident on Sunday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 1:20 p.m. the 35-year old was observed on video spray painting a picnic table at Eagle’s Park on Southeast Lane. He was cited for second degree criminal mischief and then was released.
