The Winston City Council will hold its next meeting Monday night April 20th via tele-conference.
An update said staff are making the necessary arrangements for the public to call in and participate. For citizens who want to do so, a number and access code will be provided soon. The meeting will begin earlier than normal, at 5:00 p.m.
