A transient was cited for an alleged burglary by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.
The RPD report said at about 4:15 a.m. the 30-year old allegedly broke out the window of the Creative Media building in the 700 block of Southeast Lane. He then reportedly entered the building and proceeded to steal a motorcycle that was parked inside. The man rode away before police arrived, but an officer found him riding the motorcycle near the corner of Mill and Floed.
The transient was charged with second degree burglary, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and for first degree criminal mischief. He was released after being cited.
