COVID-19 has claimed 3 more lives, with 76 new cases reported in Oregon as of Saturday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority said that raises the total of cases in the state to 1,447. The new cases include:
*26 in Multnomah County
*17 in Marion County
*10 in Washington County
*5 in Clackamas County
*3 in Umatilla County
*2 each in Deschutes, Linn, Wasco, and Yamhill counties
*1 each in Benton, Coos, Klamath, Lane, Malheur, Polk and Union counties.
*Oregon’s 49th death is a 94-year old woman in Yamhill County who tested positive on March 31st and died on April 8th at her residence.
*Oregon’s 50th death is a 93-year old woman in Multnomah County who tested positive on Thursday and died on Friday in her residence.
*Oregon’s 51th death is an 81-year old man in Josephine County who tested positive on March 27th and died on Friday at Rogue Regional Medical Center.
All 3 had underlying conditions according to OHA.
