A Roseburg man was cited for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle by Roseburg Police on Saturday morning.
A report from RPD said at 10:50 a.m. the 28-year old man and another man were involved in a disturbance in the parking lot of Walmart on Stewart Parkway.
The man allegedly broke into the other man’s vehicle while the victim was inside it. The victim believed the suspect was trying to steal money that was visible from outside the vehicle.
The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
