Due to Monday’s Executive Order from Oregon Governor Kate Brown, staff with the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife have closed the viewing area at the Winchester Dam just north of Roseburg.
Megan Dugan from ODFW said the closure will remain in place as long as the Executive Order is in effect.
