A Roseburg man was cited in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens, by Roseburg Police on Thursday.
A report from RPD said about 2:35 p.m. the 66-year old was cited after being warned and cited for trespass in the past, including an hour earlier when he was allegedly also drinking alcohol. The man was reportedly panhandling and spreading litter in the area.
He was cited for a total of three counts of second-degree criminal trespass, for two offensive littering charges, and for drinking in public. The man was released after receiving another citation.
