A Roseburg man was jailed after an incident on Northeast Stephens on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:30 a.m. 22-year old Matthew Lay was contacted while trespassing at Big Lots. The report said the man lied about his identity and was in possession of a butterfly knife. He was charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon, for second degree criminal trespass and for a warrant that was out for his arrest.
