Douglas County has received a handful of Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program assessment forms from small businesses.
Douglas County Emergency Manager Wayne Stinson said they have been forwarded to the Office of Emergency Management. Stinson said OEM has notified Douglas County that no additional assessment forms are necessary at this time. He said its important that businesses understand the forms are not loan applications.
Stinson said the state will work with the Small Business Administration on the next steps in the process. He said when and if loans are available, that information will be communicated to the public.
