A pair of people were cited for prohibited marijuana use in a public place on Thursday night.
Information from Roseburg Police said at 6:00 p.m. while viewing the Eagles Park security camera, a 25-year old man and a 58-year old man were allegedly seen smoking marijuana while sitting at a park bench.
They were released after being cited.
