Due to concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, a number of organizations are cancelling or delaying events. That includes:
*Seven Feathers Casino Resort has cancelled Midget Wrestling which was set for this Saturday. A spokesperson said that those with tickets may get refunds.
*Lincoln Middle School in Oakland has postponed its March 18th band concert. Music educator Matthew Hill said it has tentatively been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 18th.
*The National Cemetery Association has indefinitely postponed all Vietnam Commemoration events. A 50th anniversary ceremony had been planned for March 27th in the Cemetery Annex.
