UTILITY WILL NOT DISCONNECT CUSTOMERS DURING COVID-19 EMERGENCY

Pacific Power will not disconnect customers in Oregon, Washington and California during the emergency response to COVID-19.
A release from the utility said its temporarily suspending disconnections and late fees for non-payment for customers in all three states. The release said the action is being taken to support the state of emergency declared in all three states in response to the COVID-19 virus. Pacific Power will continue to evaluate other ways to support its customers for the duration of this “quickly evolving public health emergency”.
