A Roseburg man was jailed for drug possession and for a warrant that was out for his arrest, on Sunday afternoon.
A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 2:30 p.m. units went to the 400 block of Bradley Drive in Myrtle Creek, regarding an abandoned vehicle. Once it was determined who the registered owner was, they went to that address. The car’s owner and two other people had warrants for their arrest. One man, 37-year old David Geislinger, allegedly had a pill bottle full of pills, in his pocket. He was jailed for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and for the warrant.
The other two people were detained for their warrants.
