4 NEW PRESUMPTIVE CASES OF COVID-19 IN OREGON

Officials with the Oregon Health Authority say 4 new presumptive cases of COVID-19 have been found in the state.
An OHA release Saturday morning said the cases involve residents of Jackson, Klamath, and Washington counties. The release said state and local health officials are moving quickly to contact people who may have been in close contact with the individuals who tested as presumptive positive cases. 3 of the new cases are travel-related and was one a contact of a known case.
On Friday the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory tested 42 samples from 22 people. That yielded the 4 presumptive positives along with 18 negatives. 190 people remain under monitoring according to the latest OHA information.
According to a tracking center with John Hopkins University there are at least 346 cases of COVID-19 in the United States as of Saturday morning. At least 14 deaths are being reported, mostly in Washington State. Numbers vary between health organizations and continue to be updated.
