A Roseburg man was cited for second degree theft on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said the 28-year old man had gone into Lowe’s and stolen three power tools then left the store in his SUV. The man was located at his residence. He was released after the citation was issued.
The citation took place at about 10:40 a.m.
