A Roseburg man was jailed for three counts of menacing following an incident on Friday morning.
A report from Roseburg Police said shortly before 1:00 a.m., 37-year old Christopher Colt was asked to leave a residence in the 1200 block of Southeast Washington because he was allegedly causing a scene. The report said the man became upset and reportedly threatened people in the home with brass knuckles and two knives.
Colt left the home and allegedly began hitting the front door with a garden tilling tool. Those inside said they were in fear for their own safety and the safety of others in the residence. Colt was detained. After arraignment on Monday, he was held on $18,750 bail.
