A Roseburg woman was cited for violation of park rules, following an incident at Eagles Park on Southeast Jackson Saturday afternoon.
A report from Roseburg Police said at 3:00 p.m. the 32-year old was contacted following a report that subjects were smoking from a bong in the park. The woman was released after being cited.
