A Roseburg woman was cited for child neglect on Thursday.
A report from the Roseburg Police said at about 12:30 p.m. officers responded to a report that there were unattended children in a vehicle in front of a business in the 2400 block of Stewart Parkway. The report said officers arrived to find a 7-year old and a 2- year old inside a running vehicle with all the windows rolled down. The officer determined the mother was inside a business with another child.
She was released after being cited.
