A Winston woman was cited for leaving an eight-year old child in a vehicle on Wednesday.
Information from Roseburg Police said at about 7:15 p.m. the incident was reported, in the parking lot of the Garden Valley Shopping Center on Garden Valley Boulevard. The woman was released after being cited.
