The Winston Area Chamber of Commerce will have its First Citizens Banquet on Monday February 24th.
Organizers are seeking nominations for male and female First Citizen, for the Civic Award and for the Humanitarian Award. Those must be submitted by this Saturday.
The theme for the event is “20/20 Vision, Building a Future”. It begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Winston Community Center. Tickets are $40 per person, or $300 for a table of eight. They are available at Wintergreen Nursery, Valley Drugs or www.winstonchamber.org to purchase tickets.
