A Roseburg man was cited for prohibited camping by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at about 4:15 p.m. the 39-year old was found sleeping in a sleeping bag in front of a business in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson.
He was released after being cited.
