A 32-year old man was arrested for a warrant and on drug charges on Tuesday.
Lieutenant Rick McArthur of the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team told News Radio 1240 KQEN that Mason Lehman was known to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He said DINT also had probable cause for his arrest relating to a previous investigation.
McArthur said Myrtle Creek Police and DINT detectives contacted the suspect at Millsite Park in Myrtle Creek. He said Lehman was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of heroin.
He was taken to jail where he was detained for the warrant and for two counts each of unlawful delivery and possession of heroin. Lehman was held without bail.
