Three people were cited for second degree criminal trespass and for offensive littering by Roseburg Police early Wednesday.
A report from RPD said the group had previously been cited for trespassing on property in the 1900 block of Southeast Stephens. Officers returned to the area at about 4:40 a.m. and all subjects were still camping there. The report said that in addition, each of them had an excessive amount of garbage and debris around their tents.
The group ranged from 26 to 51 years of age. They were released after being cited.
